We picked the Verifast AI bot thinking, it would be a simple chatbot for answering support questions when we first started using it, but it's much more than that! In a month, it not only handled over 30,000 customer's queries, but it also began converting interested customers. The product suggestions are excellent, and the revenue generated—which is easily trackable on Shopify—has crossed $25000+. Also, they have a fantastic support staff! Any necessary adjustments or changes were completed in a matter of hours.
