eBay Integration ‑ DPL

We’re encountering several issues with the Shopify to eBay integration feature of this app. First, products from our Shopify store are not automatically syncing to eBay, and updates made to existing Shopify listings—such as changes to pricing, titles, or descriptions—are not consistently reflected on eBay. This creates significant discrepancies across platforms.

Additionally, the platform lacks support for transferring Shopify metafields to eBay product specifics. This is a critical limitation, especially compared to other integration tools that do support detailed mapping of custom product attributes. As a result, our eBay listings are missing important product data that negatively impacts visibility and buyer confidence.
