Ultimate GDPR EU Cookie Banner

The app does not work anymore, I contacted customer service twice and never replied :( so sad because it used to work for us.

Apparently it's an issue with geolocation, because I've set it to display on EU countries only, but it doesn't show. If I make it available everywhere, it does work.
