At first, my emails to the support team were going to their spam folder so if you don't hear back from them for a while, try writing via the app form again. Once they received my messages, they were so helpful and responded very quickly. They helped me with all of my questions (and I had a lot!) and they never made me feel bad about asking. They also responded in a very clear and easy to understand way. I really appreciate this app!
