This app finally solved an issue I've had for a long time - when customers qualify for free shipping but then add a discount code, sometimes this takes them below the free shipping threshold and they lose free shipping. This is because Shopify determines the free shipping based on Total not on Sub Total. This app allows me to determine free shipping based on Sub Total which has finally solved it. The team were extremely proactive and helpful in helping me achieve this, going so far as to add new functionality to their app to help. Very grateful.
