Hi Juliana, we spoke on the phone yesterday. We're sorry you ran into issues with our app, in early March Shopify removed the legacy POS Link tile you had been using and then simultaneously released a bug in Shopify POS 9.29.1 that prevented merchants from adding our new POS UI Extension tile within Shopify POS. As requested, we've refunded your most recent month.
