Very poor experience – issues not resolved, no support at all
The app doesn’t work properly. Even after deleting product groups, they still appear on the site.
There is zero response from support – I’ve sent multiple emails and never received a single reply.
We’re on the highest subscription plan, and yet products are either not added at all or get duplicated within the same group.
Extremely disappointing.
