We've been using the Mercury app by Karthik for WhatsApp notifications, and it has significant positive impact on our operations. The UX is super clean and easy to navigate, and it solved a major communication gap we were facing with our customers for order notifications.
Pricing is very reasonable. And a special shoutout to Karthik — his support is absolutely top-notch!
