After multiple frustrating experience with other multi channel and whatsapp solutions, we decided to go with Kwik and it has really been of the best decisions we ever made. Its like getting a big part of your operations sorted & stress-free as the platform is easy to use and completely bug-free, most important, our KAM Hari and the team working on any open issues are just phenomenal.
Completely worth the higher platform fees, at least our communication channels do not give us a headache now.
