I sincerely want to thank the support agent Sami for his exceptional help. I had been looking for assistance, and when he came, he was incredibly patient and polite. He spent over an hour with me on a WhatsApp call, using Apple video sharing to guide me step by step until all my issues were resolved. I’m truly grateful for his professionalism and support.
