Shoplift support is fantastic — responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in customer success. The platform itself works really well and makes running A/B tests seamless.

That said, the subscription fees can feel steep unless you have a consistent pipeline of A/B test sprints ready to go. It would be great to see a more flexible pricing model that caters to brands who test in bursts or on a more ad hoc basis.
