I recently installed the app and contacted Support because I needed help to implement some of the features. Alva responded very quickly via Google Meet to add, set up, move and explained some feature that I didn't understand in a patient, friendly and professional manner.

It's still early days re using the app but I am excited to see how it'll work and benefit our customers, and it's free
