Still being charged after uninstalling app, which did not work for me.

Hello,
All app charges are handled by Shopify automatically. We do not charge you directly. Shopify charged you on Apr 18, whereas the app was uninstalled later, on Apr 29. Please contact us. We will provide you with a refund.
