Webkul Odoo Connector

We have used Webkul apps for other systems (DPD integration for Odoo) in past with so-so experience.
Using the Shopify Odoo app continues to be so-so again. The idea of the app itself is pretty good and the implementation would do its job. What we see are performance issues and lack of service.
Tickets are not followed up and kept open for over 2 weeks.

Why should we rely our daily business on a unreliable app and unreliable partner?
