After updating my Shopify theme, I encountered some issues. I decided to uninstall and then re-install Locales.AI, which resolved everything—now the app works perfectly again.
I genuinely like Locales.AI as an app, but the customer service leaves room for improvement. When problems are simple, support is helpful and responsive. However, for more complex issues, they tend to go silent and rarely provide proactive updates, such as notifying users when certain features are temporarily down.
Overall, the app itself is excellent, but the support experience could be much better. As the saying goes, there’s no such thing as a free lunch.
