I really appreciate the app’s functionality when it works—it’s a great tool for recovering abandoned carts! However, it frequently gets stuck on 'Processing…', which can be frustrating. Could the developers please address this issue? Thanks for your hard work!
Update: 7 months after my original review this issue is worst.
