The issue with the application has been fixed, and it is working well again. I had support reach out to us regarding the known issue with the application, which caused the issue. Thank you

App worked great! But last week app stopped working, I raised an email ticket with support, but didn't hear back from them. Unfortunately had to uninstall it as I am not sure what caused the app to stop working, and without any updates, I had no option to uninstall it. Looking forward for assistance on the same
