Hi Maria,
Sorry about the bad experience with the app. As we explained in the chat and followed up by email, your site issues are mainly caused by the fact that you use a page builder for every single page and have massive images (over 5k pixels in each dimension) basically everywhere with no image source sets, causing your pages to be over 15MB.
Those issues are a bit more fundamental than our app is intended to handle. We're still happy to advise on how to improve the speed of your store - just respond to our emails :)
