Hi, we want to be completely transparent about this review, because none of it is real.
Our app listing is currently the target of an organized review attack tied to an extortion campaign: a person who controls multiple store accounts has been demanding money from us and flipping reviews to 1 star when we refuse to pay. We have reported all of it to Shopify, with evidence, and it is under active investigation. This review is part of that campaign.
Here's what our records show for this store: it installed the app on July 26 and used it exactly once, for under five minutes on July 27. The "automatic optimizations" this review blames were never turned on. No optimization was ever published, which means the app never changed a single line of this store's theme. The damage described here could not have happened, even if we ignore the extensive protections we have for the (fictional) case such as the one described.
No one from this store contacted our support before posting this review. And while the review says the app was removed, it is still installed on this store today.
To every real merchant reading this: we take genuine issues extremely seriously, and helping our merchants - usually within an hour - is the whole way we've built this app. What's described in this review is the exact opposite of how we treat the people who trust us with their stores. If you ever hit a real problem with Thunder, message us and we'll be on it immediately.

Been using this for a while, reduces your dalays and helps the site load faster, had a minor inconvenience at first of website glitching out, but the staff were quick on the ball and fixed it

Great app that was easy to set up and improved my site speed significantly without much trouble. But what sets them apart is their support: I was able to speak directly with the owner right off the bat, who was very responsive, and he even ended up helping me solve a problem that wasn't even related to his app! Having a real person to help me with my unique problem is important to me as a sole business operator who doesn't have a tech background, and it's definitely kept me from looking at other page speed apps!

There were some minor issues in the beginning, but George handled them promptly and efficiently. Considering this is a free app, the support is better than most premium apps. George went above and beyond to handle everything and together we managed to improve my website's PageSpeed to an all time high score, now passing all Core Web Vitals metrics. I recommend this app to anyone in need of improving their PageSpeed score in a safe and efficient way. Be sure that you're in good hands with George and Thunder app.
Okay so my service earlier with them wasnt that good, but there customer staff actually contacted me and he even go 1 step ahead for optimizing the website. current i am testing the optimization, i will for sure update about it.... but for the customer Support, and the help they have done..... It was great
