Technical issues with online linking to PDF's. No response when you contact them on chat, or through the contact formular.

We apologise for any problems you may have faced when using our app, and also to hear about the lack of support you received.
This should not have been the case, hence we have implemented a new support system making sure we never miss a ticket again.
As much as this 1 star review hurts, its deserving due to lack of support. If we can do anything to help change your mind and rating, then please let us know.
