Overall, our experience using Swym has been really positive. Our customers had been asking for a functional registry on our website for ages so we're very happy to be able to offer that service through Swym.

A couple of points for improvement: there was no ability on our end to prevent registry orders bypassing our "out of stock" limitations. As a result, we had a number of people order items that were out of stock and reach out to us, frustrated that their order hadn't been fulfilled yet. I reached out to customer service and they quickly changed the setting on their end to prevent customers being able to order out of stock items through the registry, but it would be really handy to be able to edit that ourselves.

Additionally, we weren't able to set up/turn on the address masking ourselves, even though that's one of the main reasons we chose the service we did.
