Overall, our experience using Swym has been really positive. Our customers had been asking for a functional registry on our website for ages so we're very happy to be able to offer that service through Swym.

A couple of points for improvement: there was no ability on our end to prevent registry orders bypassing our "out of stock" limitations. As a result, we had a number of people order items ...

I've just set up a registry using this app. I've used other ones before and you cannot compare. This app looks beautiful, clean and professional and blends into the site beautifully. It was straightforward to configure and support was super helpful with any questions I had or minor changes that I needed. We've only just started using it, but super impressed so far.

I had some issues with the free trial and encountered technical difficulties. I was happy that after I messaged them, they refunded my money right away without any problems and provided nearly daily updates to resolve the technical issue.

6/5 Stars – I highly recommend them. This was by far the best customer support I've experienced with any Shopify app.

This app will embed itself into your theme and you cant get it out. Not happy with this at all. Pretty sure its affecting my stores performance and it's been bad ever since with no sales. I bought a paid $250 theme and was going to switch back to my Dawn theme and found it there too.
I wouldn't install if you don't want permanent damage on your store.
