I had some issues with the free trial and encountered technical difficulties. I was happy that after I messaged them, they refunded my money right away without any problems and provided nearly daily updates to resolve the technical issue.

6/5 Stars – I highly recommend them. This was by far the best customer support I've experienced with any Shopify app.

I love having a gift registry on my site! This app is awesome, and so is their customer support! They are super friendly, quick to respond, and made sure their app is working and looked good on my site right away.

Une très belle expérience avec un service client à l'écoute qui pense même à vous relancer quand vous n'avez pas répondu à un message alors que votre problème n'est pas réglé.

Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von dem Support-Team von Swym Gift Lists. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit der Checkout-Funktion auf meiner Website, und das Team hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Der Support war professionell, freundlich und schnell – sie haben das Problem im Handumdrehen behoben. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass sie sogar ein Bildschirmvideo bereitgestellt haben, um sicherzustellen, dass alles korrekt funktioniert. Das ist Service, wie man ihn sich wünscht! Vielen Dank an das Swym-Team für die hervorragende Betreuung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Support is very responsive and went above and beyond to help, including with custom code assistance and advice on how to connect with the Flow app! The registry app is very functional and was easy to customize for our needs, we highly recommend this app!!!

A pior experiência que tive com atendimento, enviei 5 e-mails solicitando a resolução de vários problemas com as listas e nenhuma resposta, os clientes compram e os produtos não mudam o status, o sistema é instavel, fica fora do ar o tempo todo.
Horrível porém não posso simplesmente retirar porque os clientes já fizeram suas lista.
