This app works really well and is easy to set up and customise. It's simplified our gift registry process massively and allows the customers to completely manage their own registries with little help from our team - saves us a lot of time and effort! The support team were really responsive and very helpful in getting the app set up exactly how we wanted on both of our sites and going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with how the app was working.

So here's the thing, the app itself is a great 4 stars. There are some updates that are being made that will make it a solid 5, so that's great! The 5 star review is because the app is easy to set up, works well with our site and I can't wait for some of the upcoming updates. The team at swym has been great! Their answer is never 'that's not possible' it's 'we'll work on this and get back to you' or they'll find a workaround or an update. They are also very responsive. We're glad to have this registry. We tried all of the other options and this one is the one we're using.
