Update:
I want to thank the team for quickly resolving the GMC issue I experienced. Everything looks good for now. I hope this fix is permanent and that the issue won’t recur.

The customer support is still excellent—especially Lynn, who was very helpful and able to resolve the issues I raised.
However, I continue to experience recurring problems with the GMC product feed, which has been quite frustrating. After some time, product numbers randomly disappear and I receive email alerts about drops in the number of active items on GMC. I have to contact support to have them fixed. Then, I need to resync the products on the app and then update the GMC. I have done this process for more than 5 times.
I’ve been using this app for quite a while now and have reached out to the support team multiple times regarding this issue. While the support team is responsive, the underlying problem keeps happening.
I really hope this issue can be resolved permanently. Once it is, I’d be more than happy to restore my 5-star review.
