I used chat support. The agent had outstanding responsiveness, was very knowledgeable, and there was no language barrier. The issue was resolved while the chat was in progress. Truly the best chat support experience I've ever had.

Update from 6/26/2025 review: had what I was told was a rare error in the app. Chat support got right on it. The issue was escalated and solved the next day. The app continues to do what it claims effectively. It's a little pricey, but when all is said and done, I wouldn't be able to accomplish certain tasks without it. Thank you, Allan!

Update: 07/06/2026. Had an issue with a file that had been deleted and that broke the app. Billy tracked it down, fixed it, and confirmed the result. Well done, Billy. Thank you.
