We used this as a way to prevent customers using discount codes when we ran a sitewide sale. Initially there was a problem pulling through our customers personalisation and text colours. However after notifiying the customer service team they had this sorted within a few hours and it worked perfectly.

Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend if you need to prevent others from using discount codes when doing a sale.

We will defo use it again for Black Friday.
