Super helpful app, with excellent customer support! We needed to create alt text for almost 40k images on our site. Mike was readily available and helped troubleshoot the few issues that did come up due to the huge number of images we were trying to run through. I think it was the most they had processed at once, but they got it done, all while checking in to make sure we liked the results that were generated.
Very handy to be able to customize the tone/feel of the text being generated.
We purchased credits in bulk after discussing with Mike, and will be subscribers going forward for new images added. Highly recommended!
