We only do business in the United States but we started receiving several fraudulent orders from credit card scammers where ~16 different credit cards were tried and rejected before one finally went through on a single order. The billing address on each order was US-based, but the IP address always originated from two specific foreign countries.
The only way we were able to stop these fraudulent transactions was through utilizing the country blocking feature to prohibit website traffic from those regions.
