I have never been so confused. I have been going back and forth with PayPal for the last 6 months about us having Pay in 4 option and they say we do. Then I get another message saying we don't as we have "reference transactions" on, so asked to disable this. Then got another message saying that all Shopify stores must have "Reference" transaction on which means we cannot have pay in 4. Then I see you have a shopify app for Pay in 4. Can you please escalate this and sort out for us.

To enable Pay Later for your customers, please note:
1. Pay Later requires that Reference Transactions be disabled on your account
2. Reference Transactions are typically enabled through apps like:
- Subscription apps
- Upsell apps
To offer Pay Later and display Pay in 4 messaging:
- Disable any subscription or upsell apps
- Once disabled, you can then activate messaging through our dedicated app
