I have loved seeing this AI help our customers find products, understand more about a product and it helps us gather more info from a customer to allow us to quote them more easily for a custom item.
Adding info to the knowledge base is great - I have told our AI to always ask a clients name and email - before providing an answer - This way we can always follow up with a client if we need to provide more information.
I love where AI is taking Ecommerce - and this app is a no brainer for a quick win!
