Of all the session-recording apps we've tried this one is a winner. Not only the app is super easy to set up and navigate, but also it gives a comprehensive overview on business performance beyond rage clicks.
Site performance, bot traffic, customer behavior and so much more.
In particular I am grateful for the support the team provides. Unlike other apps where once it is installed you can't get anyone to help, this team is a true partner helping dissect and consume the data in a sense that allows make important business decisions which wouldn't have been possible otherwise. We've tried hotjar, lucky orange and a few more...NONE of those came even close to white-glove support we receive here.
