Been using this product for a while and it worked great. When prepping large product launches I could kick it off and get my images sized right from day 1. When they added the feature that let you prepay with a balance and then automatically scan and adjust, I found that useful to catch images you may forget about - but hurt my ability to line up and process many images at once for a launch. I reached out to them and they helpfully added that feature! The best products are always those made from the feedback of the customers. :-)
