Its for the second/third time i am facing such isue where i got charged for the plan i havent even used bitspeed social login in any way not even a single customer sign in is done coz they don't even support customer account 2.0 but they added one month charge on my bill this frustrating and unprofessional at the same time.
please be aware while installing the app.

Billing is system generated based on installation and active plan status, not on sign in volume. However, when there is confusion, our support team always steps in to review and assist on a case by case basis.
