Bots - the bane of my existence. Kedra Shield has been a lifesaver! I can block actual users, ip addresses and countries that the activity is coming from. I let my subscription run out and immediately I had abandoned carts created by bots. If you have your email marketing platform syncing to your Shopify, an abandoned cart will create a profile - which for Klaviyo, is how your billing rate is determined.
