I was on a paid tier and it was a decent app, but they changed the tier benefits without any notice, so I was paying for benefits I thought I had but wasn't receiving.

When I reached out to the developer, they refused to resolve the issue. They want me to pay more than double the cost I've been paying in order to receive the benefits I signed up for.

The poor business practice and lack of transparency made me lose all trust in the app/developer.
