This app looks amazing the way it works with its flow charts.
Amazing if it would work. First it did not work with our theme VENUE, so they decided to make an integration for it! ‘’GREAT’’ I thought! Still found various bugs so I cloned our site to our developer site so where I could do some in depth testing and where the developers could do whatever they want, without causing any trouble to our live site.
I reported: ‘’auto pre-config. discounts do not show up on all products’’ (on the front end of our site). answer: ‘’we checked it and all looks fine’’. My answer: ‘’please explain why discounts do not show up on the home page at all and on roughly half of the products in collections with over roughly 30 products and more’’. Owner of Regios Toby answered: ''please de-install / remove our app within the next 24 hours, we can not give you the support you need on your plan''. mmm, interesting: when you are on a lower plan you can not expect an app to work properly? I lost a week waiting and testing. I never experienced such a weird customer support ever in many many years. Therefore, with regret, I need to give this app a 1 star

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we regret that this situation became unmanageable, it is not representative of the experience most merchants have with us. Our app is trusted by 1600+ merchants monthly, and we resolve hundreds of support tickets with positive outcomes.

In this case, we expedited a theme integration, answered numerous daily requests, and made every effort to help. Unfortunately, the volume of new demands, false accusations, and increasingly disrespectful communication made productive support impossible. Some of the quotes in this review are fabricated and do not reflect what was actually said. We issued a full refund and respectfully asked the merchant to uninstall.
