Thumbs up to the xcotton plugin! This single app perfectly addresses two core after-sales service issues for Shopify: package protection and extended warranties. Its simple installation and easy setup significantly boost customer confidence. Since using it, customer disputes due to shipping or accidental damage have been virtually zero. I highly recommend it to all Shopify sellers!
