Totebot AI: Sales & Marketing

Honestly, I was skeptical at first. I thought the answers would sound robotic and turn people off. But it’s been the complete opposite people actually enjoy using it. Over 90% of conversations have positive sentiment (it's visable in the dashboard), and Totebot is spot-on when recommending the right product.

For us, that means less waiting time for replies (the bot handles it instantly), fewer repetitive questions for our team, and most importantly higher sales. We’ve seen a clear revenue lift in comparison to the other bots we've used.
