We use this app every day for picking orders in our store and warehouse. Scanning on the iphone works like a charm. Some little bugs will be solved pretty fast.

Update Feb 2026

Shopify has fixed their camera scanner in the latest version of Shopify Mobile for iOS. Please update from the Apple App Store to pick up the fix.

Hi,

This is a known bug within Shopify Mobile for iOS. As an embedded app, we utilize Shopify's scanning code to read barcodes via the camera and have already reported this issue to them. We are currently awaiting a fix.

As a workaround, please use our app via the free Shopify POS app, as the camera scanner is more stable on that platform.

We regret any inconvenience caused.
