Texnity has made our order confirmation process much smarter and more reliable!

We set up an Order Confirmation Flow for Ronin, and it works perfectly:

If a customer doesn’t respond on the first call (no DTMF input), an automated WhatsApp message is sent.

If there’s still no confirm/cancel response on WhatsApp, Texnity automatically triggers follow-up calls.

Once the customer confirms or cancels through WhatsApp, the follow-up sequence stops instantly.

This automation ensures no missed confirmations and gives our customers an easy way to respond. The setup was smooth, and the H3 Technologies team provided excellent support throughout.
