La desinstalé en abril porque no me servía, solo la utilicé unos días del periodo de prueba, y a día de hoy, 17 de octubre, me siguen cobrando todos los meses. Esperando estoy que me devuelvan el dinero.

We completely understand your concern and take this very seriously. 🙏 However, after thoroughly checking from our end and cross-verifying with Shopify — we have not charged you anything after uninstallation. Shopify's billing system automatically stops all charges once an app is uninstalled. We'd kindly suggest reaching out directly to Shopify Support as any recurring charge would be coming from their end, not ours. We're happy to assist you investigate further — just contact us! 💪
