Support has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me set up a somewhat custom fulfillment arrangement to satisfy our needs. Beyond that, orders have been shipped the day they are received provided of course they are received prior to the daily cut off time. All in all, I'm extremely impressed with Cahoot's efficiency and capabilities. And their website interface is simple and intuitive to use. Well done, Cahoot!
