This merchant's account was scheduled for closure after an extended history of difficult interactions with the merchant. We provided notice and transition time in accordance with our Terms of Service.
No app functions or configurations were intentionally removed prior to that termination date. The only administrative action taken was a billing cancellation on the day before the subscription renewal, which may have unintentionally affected some features. We immediately reviewed the event and preserved all logs for Shopify's compliance team.
For transparency, both 1-star reviews visible here were posted by the same person on the same day. Across all our apps, we've served tens of thousands of Shopify stores and have received hundreds of 5-star reviews with just three 1-star ratings over five years.
