Doesn't work and there is no support - they did get back to me saying they never received any emails from me. I think you may have to check the email you have with your account bc I went to the support area to submit my request.
I totally understand your frustration — but I honestly want to clarify: I checked email (including spam) and WhatsApp again, and I truly didn’t receive any support request from you. Although I’m just an individual developer, I take every single message extremely seriously… every one matters to me.
After seeing your review, I even searched for your Facebook profile and found your email, and I proactively sent you a message to understand what happened and see if I could help — but I didn’t get a reply there either.
I still appreciate you trying my app — but saying there is “no support” isn’t really fair to what actually happened. If you are open to it, just tell me what went wrong specifically, I’m here and I’ll fix it for you.
