no way to cancel subscription, im not using this app yet i get charged monthly

We’d like to clarify that all charges for our app—just like any other Shopify app—are processed directly by Shopify, not by us. We cannot charge you, deduct payments, or access your payment method. All billing, including pending or reversed charges, is fully handled by Shopify.
