I purchased on this App, could not get it to work, nothing works as stated. Absolute waste of time and money. the help chat does not reply in any reasonable amount of time.

Hello sir,
We did reply and asked for access to shop so that we could check but at that time you were busy . We were on holidays for 2 days so were not able to respond to chat .
If you check the chats we already gave you a resolution if you check.
