Der service ist sehr gut , die app scheint zu funktionieren. Was mich aber sehr ärgert, man muss für jede kleinste Veränderung dierekt ein teureres Abo abschließen, es ist eine Abzocke und Frechheit. Klar steht es vorher geschrieben, am man erwartet nicht das für die kleinsten dinge ein teurerer Plan gemacht werden muss. Erst wollte ich das widget kleiner machen . Weil es die Seite stört „teureres abo“ dann wollte ich es ganz runter haben „teureres abo“, dann eine andere sprache als englisch „teureres abo“
Die Sprache is basic ! Widget größer oder kleiner auch ! Das sind sachen die kosten die app nichts !

Customizing elements such as widget size, position, language, and branding requires additional development, ongoing maintenance, and dedicated support. This is especially important because we support many languages and multiple platforms (Shopify, Wix, and WordPress), all with different themes and technical constraints. These advanced capabilities are therefore included in higher-tier plans to ensure long-term stability, updates, and reliable support.
We understand that features like language selection or widget sizing may seem “basic” at first glance. However, implementing them in a way that remains accessible, stable, and compatible across many environments is more complex behind the scenes.
