Smart Bulk Price Editor

Horrible experience, first test went well but when I went to revert back to the initial prices it didn't revert everything maybe 1/4 of the store. I had to manually go in and switch the rest of the store. I however thought we were good to go to do a price increase since the test worked fine. Boy was I wrong, did the exact same thing I set up for my test and instead of a 15% increase it increased our prices by thousands of dollars. I don't even know what % increase it did. All you can do is email support and hope they get back to you, meanwhile our store needs to be correct. Ended up just doing a csv file to change the prices which is what I recommend vs using this app
