Absolutely, 3rd grade support, and they have billed me for an app i havent used. There are so many other better apps that will fulfil the function and that too with a free trial to see if its even relevant to your needs. I added this app accidentally and deleted it within 15 mins and now i am stuck with a charge. Their support clearly says that this is my fault and now my problem.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE - TAKE SOME TIME AND GET ACCESS TO SO MANY APPS BETTER THAN THIS ONE BY GM INFOTECH
