The shipping speed is infuriatingly slow, and if the order contains multiple items, it becomes complete chaos: delays, wrong shipments, and countless errors. It's truly frustrating and disappointing.

Please kindly understand that for multi-item orders fulfilled by different suppliers, inconsistencies in their processing timelines can indeed result in a relatively longer overall order handling period. Additionally, during the peak season, factors such as freight forwarders’ warehouse backlogs and tight shipping route capacity have further exacerbated the logistics delays, we recognize that this entire sequence of circumstances is deeply frustrating.
